But in the here and now, R&B past has joined forces with R&B future as Carey has scooped up the rising crooner for her comeback single, “#Beautiful”. (Yes, the hashtag is supposed to be there.) Carey’s as-yet-titled fourteenth studio album serves as the follow-up to 2009’s Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel. Along with Miguel, she’s reportedly worked with The-Dream, Hit-Boy, R. Kelly, Q-Tip, and Jermaine Dupri.
